The diet promises to reduce 6.8 kilos every week by limiting food to just 5 bites per meal.
How to follow the 5-bite diet?

The portion size is restricted to 10-12 regular size bites of foods every day. If can be quite difficult to go on this diet in the beginning, but over a period of time, one will be able to follow it easily.
This diet encourages a person to skip breakfast and drink black coffee. Post that, you can eat anything for lunch and dinner, but do not exceed five bites per meal. But it is crucial to include protein-rich source, such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy, or legumes in your diet. People following this diet are advised to do low-intensity exercise and avoid moderate and high-intensity workouts. Once you achieve your weight loss goal, you can have a nutrient-rich diet to maintain your weight loss.
